INVITATION TO 2026 AAAIM BATCH ASSEMBLY

The Nominations and Elections Committee (NOMELEC) of the Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) invites all batch representatives to the Batch Assembly on

Thursday, April 30, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Dado Banatao Incubator (DBI) Room, 2F, AIM Conference Center (ACC). This meeting will include consultations on the Batch Rotational Framework in the AAAIM By-Laws, which will be finalized during the Annual Membership Meeting on May 23, 2026.

The Batch Rotational Framework aims to enhance alumni engagement by allowing celebrating batches to participate in the AAAIM Board of Trustees (2026-2028) through their batch representatives. The celebrating batches are 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, 1997, 2002, 2007, 2012, 2017, and 2022.

Please confirm your attendance by signing up through this link and coordinating with your batch to secure a proxy form, which should be submitted to aaaim@aim.edu by Friday, May 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m.
