AIM named as one of the best-performing institutions worldwide in terms of employability in 2023

The Asian Institute of Management (AIM) has been listed in the elite Global 2000 list by the Center for World University Rankings (CWUR) as one of the best-performing institutions worldwide in terms of employability in 2023.

Over 20,000 global education institutions were evaluated by the CWUR, which is known for its comprehensive and transparent ranking system. The top 10% of these institutions made the Global 2000 list. This year, AIM, UP Manila, and UP Diliman distinguished themselves not only in the Philippines but also on a global scale.

  1. AIM led the way in the Philippines ranking within the global top 6.7%, a world rank of #1375, and clinching the 47th spot in employability.

  2. UP Manila secured its place in the top 8.3% with a world rank of #1687, an employability rank of 986, and a research rank of 1619.

  3. UP Diliman landed in the top 9% of universities worldwide, taking its spot at world rank #1832, and earning a research rank of 1761.

The CWUR rankings assess universities based on four major criteria: education, employability, faculty, and research. These rankings are produced without the use of surveys or university data submissions, instead relying on 62 million outcome-based data points to produce an unbiased list of the top academic institutions.

The Global 2000 List prioritizes educational quality, alumni employment, faculty excellence, and research prowess. The CWUR assesses each university's alumni's professional success and counts the number of CEOs who have held positions at Forbes' top 2000 global companies since 2011.

The Center for World University Rankings is a leading consulting organization that advises governments and universities on how to improve educational and research outcomes. Its rankings are trusted by students, academics, university administrators, and governments all over the world.
