Mr. Felix O. Tiukinhoy Jr., a distinguished AIM alumnus, visionary business leader, industry advocate, and sportsman.
As Chairman and President of Virginia Food, Inc., he transformed the “Virginia” brand into one of the Philippines’ most trusted names in processed meats, building world-class facilities, nationwide distribution, and a people-first corporate culture. Beyond business, Mr. Tiukinhoy has served as President of the Philippine Association of Meat Processors, Inc. (PAMPI), where he championed food security, industry reforms, and support for local farmers.
A passionate sportsman, he has also been the Commissioner of CESAFI for over 20 years, growing it into the premier collegiate league in the Visayas and a platform for both athletic and academic excellence.
As Chairman of the Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Management, Inc. (AAAIM), he strengthened alumni connections through regional roadshows, fellowships, and leadership programs—upholding AIM’s mission to Lead, Inspire, and Transform. Mr. Tiukinhoy’s enduring leadership reflects vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to business, community, and nation-building.

Dr. Antono is a distinguished business executive with over 35 years of leadership experience across international businesses and industries. She has held senior positions in prominent organizations such as Salim Group, Europcar–Indorent, April Management Indonesia, and Multistrada Agro International, where she successfully led strategic transformations, market expansions, and sustainability-driven initiatives.
A graduate of the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), the University of Sydney, and the National Resilience Institute of Indonesia, she is widely recognized for her expertise in corporate governance, business strategy, and stakeholder relationship management. Her pioneering work in sustainable forestry, green business practices, and community development has significantly contributed to economic growth, poverty alleviation, and environmental stewardship.
Beyond her corporate achievements, Dr. Antono has been actively engaged in education and social development, serving as a lecturer and taking on leadership roles in various alumni and professional associations, including as Chairperson of the Ikatan Alumni AIM Indonesia and the Federation of AIM Alumni Associations, Inc. (FAIM). With a proven track record of excellence, integrity, and commitment to sustainability, she continues to inspire leaders, organizations, and communities toward achieving meaningful and lasting impact.
