The Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Management, Inc. (AAAIM) recently held a Batch Assembly Meeting on April 30, 2026, to strengthen alumni engagement and promote inclusive representation among celebrating batches. The event, aligned with the Batch Rotational Framework, supports the updated AAAIM By-Laws (Article XI, Section 4).

The assembly was hosted by former AAAIM Chair Ms. Ofel Odilao-Bisnar (MBM 1988), who welcomed participants and facilitated an engaging open forum and Q&A session.

AAAIM Vice Chairperson Ms. Sonie Aguilar (MBM 1986) opened the program with a message of appreciation and highlighted the importance of active alumni participation. She also introduced the Nomination and Elections Committee (NOMELEC).

AAAIM Trustee and NOMELEC Head Ms. Yoling Sevilla (ME 2006) explained the committee’s role and the importance of the assembly. She described the batch representative as a committed liaison who supports their batch, helps maintain the directory, and may be nominated to the Board of Trustees. The assembly also helped align batch leaders and confirm nominees ahead of the annual membership meeting.
Former AAAIM Chairman Mr. Greg Atienza (MBM 1983) presented the batch rotational framework and introduced initial nominees from the 2027 Alumni Homecoming celebrating classes.
2027 Alumni Homecoming Chairman Jesse Divinagracia shared initial updates, including the proposed homecoming date of February 27, 2027, and invited everyone to support and participate in the event.

The assembly marked a positive step toward building a more connected and engaged alumni community. Thank you to everyone who attended. Your presence reflects your continued commitment and leadership.
