Job Opportunity: Relationship Manager at AIM

DESCRIPTION

The Relationship Manager operationalizes the strategies of the Career Services Office (CSO), establishes and cultivates relationships to facilitate the talent attraction program counseling, recruitment activities.


QUALIFICATIONS

At least 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of account management and marketing, business development, events/project management, and customer service.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Crafts and executes business development strategies that would continue to make the CSO competitive and updated in terms of job placement and career development services for our graduating students.

  • Builds and broadens local as well as international corporate partnerships, fosters employer engagement, and facilitates endorsement/recruitment of graduating students

  • Seeks and facilitates the participation of industry partners in various career and professional development activities

  • Establishes valuable relationship and trust among students through co-facilitation of one-on-one career coaching sessions as well as group career learning sessions

  • Oversees and assures the team’s productivity and high performance
