DESCRIPTION
First Industrial Science and Technology School (FIRST School), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lopez-owned First Philippine Holdings, is a technical-vocational education institute located inside First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) that works to prepare students for a meaningful career in the manufacturing industry. FIRST School seeks to play a major role in bringing the industry closer to the community through its skills-focused curriculum developed in partnership with industry professionals making sure that your skills are what the industry is looking for.
The Human Resources Manager is responsible for planning, leading, directing, developing, and coordinating the policies, activities, and other employee-related concerns, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy. S/he is in-charge of developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy related to successful recruitment, onboarding, development, engagement, and preservation of human capital
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred, with at least 10 - 15 Year(s) of working experience in the related field. A relevant Master's degree is an advantage.
