DESCRIPTION

OmniSecuritas Technologies is a Philippines cybersecurity company that protects and assists Filipino businesses to be more secure and resilient by using a suite of advanced software tools. These tools are based on a 'Zero Trust" managed endpoint detection, analysis, and response technology.


The Client Success Manager is the customer’s first stop for any customer needs or challenges they may face in infrastructure implementation. The ultimate goal of a Client Success Manager is to maximize a company's profitability and growth by keeping the customer satisfied, and by making it easy for the customer to take maximum advantage of the product or service they have purchased. By integrating technology, sales & marketing, training, support, and exceptional customer service, the customer success manager (and team) can build a successful and lasting relationship between the customer and the business.


QUALIFICATIONS


A Bachelor’s degree with working experience in the related field.


REQUIRED SKILLS

  • An IT Background – ability to help clients install, use and debug our managed endpoint detection and response and anti-virus software. Candidates should be very familiar with Windows, Mac, and Linux operating environments and be able to configure Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, AWS, and other similar applications.

  • Adaptability - able to change tact or approach to ever-changing circumstances with a proven ability to prioritize and plan.

  • An Influencer Mindset - Drive behaviors and results in others at all levels and across the organization regardless of reporting lines behind our ‘customer advocacy’ approach.

  • A Commercial Focus - Understand the nuances of revenue retention and growth, without compromising our margins.

  • Collaborative spirit - Strong ability and enthusiasm to forge connections at every opportunity.

  • To be a Keen Listener - listen to the customer and always be on the lookout for opportunities to enhance their experience.

  • Creativity - Be flexible and limitless in your thinking. Be ready for the necessity to think outside the box for problem-solving in different scenarios.

  • Possess fantastic interpersonal skills and strong leader. Must be highly organized and have experience directing others. Excellent communicator both orally and in writing.

  • Knowledge of technologies such as IT networking, internet technologies, web servers, and XML.

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Be a resident of the Philippines and be legally able to work in the Philippines

  • Be willing to work on-site in Las Pinas and be willing to work on a rotating shift basis

  • Complete a criminal background check
