INVITATION TO THE 2025 BATCH ASSEMBLY

The Nominations and Elections Committee (NOMELEC) of the Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) invites all batch representatives to the Batch Assembly on Wednesday, April 23, 2025, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Function Rooms 1-4, AIM Conference Center (ACC) Lobby.

This meeting will include consultations on the proposed Batch Rotational Framework in the AAAIM By-Laws, which will be finalized during the Annual Membership Meeting on May 31, 2025.

The Batch Rotational Framework aims to enhance alumni engagement by allowing celebrating batches to participate in the AAAIM Board of Trustees (2025-2027) through their Batch Representatives.

The celebrating batches are 1976, 1981, 1986, 1991, 1996, 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, and 2021.

Please confirm your attendance by signing up through this link and coordinate with your batch to secure a proxy form which should be submitted to aaaim@aim.edu by May 9, 2025, at 5:00 p.m.

This assembly is a great opportunity to reconnect with fellow AIM alumni and strengthen our community. We look forward to seeing you there!
