As we prepare for the Alumni Homecoming Night, we want to ensure that your batch has a memorable experience.
We would like to invite all batches particularly the celebrating batches to RESERVE A TABLE for the homecoming night at a cost of Php 30,000. 00
This reservation includes the following:
1. Seating for 10 People - A designated table will be reserved for your group, ensuring that you and your batchmates can enjoy the evening together
2. Registration Fee - The reservation covers the registration fee for all 10 people, allowing for an easy access to the event. They must still register online (https://aim.ssievents.net/) to receive their individual QR Code, as entry pass to the homecoming night
3. Two Bottles of Wine - Complement your evening with two bottles of wine to enhance the celebration
By reserving a table, you will not only guarantee your spot at the event but also offering you convenience to enjoy the night.
To secure your table reservation, an advance payment is required.

To reserve a table, please follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to AAAIM Secretariat at aaaim@aim.edu to express your interest in the reservation.
2. Provide the names of the 10 persons attending the event. Everyone is required to register online and follow the registration process.
3. Send a copy of the proof of payment to AAAIM Secretariat at aaaim@aim.edu
For those members who will occupy a reserved table but have already paid individually, the batch can only pay Php 25,000.00 for the reserved table.
The reservation deadline is until February 23, 2024.
