We are excited to inform you about a provision that has been added to the AAAIM By-Laws. It's called the Batch Rotational Framework. It aims to promote greater involvement of alumni in the association’s activities and improve collaboration on their batch’s alumni homecoming celebration. This provision allows the celebrating batches to participate in the AAAIM Board of Trustees from 2024 to 2025 and 2025 to 2026 through their Batch Representatives.
These celebrating batches are: 1975, 1980 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, 2005, 2010, 2015, 2020.
We would like to invite you to be a part of this opportunity by attending the Batch Assembly on Thursday, April 25, 2024, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m at the Function Rooms 1-4, AIM Conference Center (ACC) Lobby.
During this assembly, consultations will be held, and if the provision is approved, it will be finalized during the Annual Membership Meeting on Saturday, June 01, 2024.
Please confirm attendance by signing up here . We request that you get in touch with your batch to secure a proxy form and submit it to aaaim@aim.edu before May 10, 2024 until 5:00 pm.
It would also be a good chance to meet fellow AIM alumni.
