Rossana A. Fajardo, EMBA 2001 appointed as the Country Managing Partner of the SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.)

The Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) wishes Ms. Rossana A. Fajardo, EMBA 2001, success in her new role as the Country Managing Partner of

SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co. (SGV & Co.).

SGV & Co. has announced the appointment of Rossana A. Fajardo as its next country managing partner, effective July 1, 2025. She will take over from Wilson P. Tan, who has led the firm since 2020.

Fajardo brings over 30 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in digital transformation, finance and risk management, and organizational change. She currently serves as SGV’s Consulting Leader and EY ASEAN Business Consulting Leader, where she has played a key role in shaping business strategies and innovative solutions for multinational and local clients.

As the incoming Country Managing Partner, Fajardo is expected to drive SGV’s growth agenda, focusing on innovation, digitalization, and talent development while maintaining the firm’s commitment to excellence and integrity. Her leadership will also be pivotal in strengthening SGV’s collaboration with global EY networks, further solidifying its position as the premier professional services firm in the Philippines.

Ms. Fajardo holds an executive master’s degree in business administration from the Asian Institute of Management, where she graduated in 2001.
