Newly appointed Head of Risk and Compliance at the Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility (SFBF)



The Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) congratulates Ms. Jennifer Carpio Alin, MBM 1997, on her appointment as the Head of Risk and Compliance at the Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility (SFBF).


Thank you for keeping the flame of AIM alumni leadership alive, as we wish you continued success in all your endeavors.






Jennifer will be a member of the SFBF Management team and report to the CEO, Catharina Hillström.


“Jennifer’s broad experience within risk management in the financial industry and her sense of detail combined with the ability to see the big picture will be essential for a continuous successful administration of STIBOR”, says Catharina Hillström CEO of SFBF. “I am confident that she will add a lot of value to an already robust platform. The team and I are thrilled to have her joining us”.


Jennifer joins most recently from Svenska Handelsbanken where she has been active in financial regulatory reporting and group risk control in various positions for the past decade. She has a long background within the field and has worked with Group Risk and Internal Control for several large Nordic institutions since 2006. Jennifer, a native of the Philippines, moved from New York to the Nordics in early 2000.


The Swedish Financial Benchmark Facility is an independent benchmark administrator, specifically established to administer the Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate, known as STIBOR.
