EMBA 2020 Holds its Annual Get-Together

Last November 16, 2024, the AIM Executive Masters in Business Administration 2020 (EMBA 2020) Alumni held its annual Thanksgiving get-together at The Perfect Pint, Proscenium, Rockwell Center.

Aside from a sumptuous brunch, the event was made special with heartwarming updates from EMBA 2020 members, including those who unfortunately were unable to attend because of other commitments. The following guide questions were provided: What are you grateful for? What’s new at work? What’s new at home? How’s your family?

Andi Fanardy, from Indonesia, provided the following reply: “I’m doing fine here—getting busy with so many things! Juggling work, life, and family. On the work side, I’ve recently established a courier service company in partnership with Lion Parcel (under the Lion Air group). Everything is still in the early stages, but I’m hopeful it will grow soon! On the personal side, life is good. My family is doing really well. My kids are growing so fast—my son just turned 7 years old, and my daughter is 2. I spend most of my free time playing with them.”

Frederick Orpiano shared:“After graduating from EMBA, I was promoted as Associate AVP for poultry breeding operations for Bounty Fresh. I used to be Operations Manager during my EMBA journey. Aside from local operations, I am also visiting Bounty Segar Indonesia- breeder operations to help them technically. My sons are grown – senior high and grade 9!”

Glenn Conrad Jao added,I'm doing good and still with EastWest trying to solve the problems of the financial world one at a time.”

Moreover, in a brief program, special guest Homecoming Chairman Mr. Leslie Suntay of MBA 2005 shared updates on the 2025 AIM Alumni Homecoming Night to be held on February 22, 2025, at the Le Pavillon Event Hall in Pasay City. Mr. Suntay thanked EMBA 2020 for their full support of Homecoming activities, including the block screening movie premieres of Gladiator II and Mufasa: The Lion King.

EMBA 2020 Alumni Officers Paolo Luis Francisco, Ma. Cristina Alcantara and Maria Vinness Binoya presented Homecoming Chairman Mr. Leslie Suntay with a commemorative jacket as well as a check donation of one hundred thousand pesos (Php 100,000) to the Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM)

The EMBA 2020 Alumni Officers would like to thank their cohort for their continued support of the batch’s activities and look forward to more engagement in the years to come.
