The AIM Alumni Association Taiwan Chapter held its annual year-end dinner meeting on December 3, 2024, at Peng’s Gourmet & Banquet in Taipei. This joyful and successful gathering was attended by 20 alumni, including Dr. Wen-Yen Pan (TMP 1988), former Chairman of Chinese Petroleum Corp. and current Chairman of the CTCI Foundation. While unable to attend due to prior commitments, AIM Board of Governor Stan Shih sent his warm regards to the group.

The evening's agenda included updates on AIM, discussions on the upcoming FAIM Homecoming events, the Triple A nomination for 2025, and the election of the chapter's new president.

Prof. Heh Song Wang, along with Dr. Pan, delivered inspiring speeches, followed by a report from Chapter President P.C. Chen (MM 1995) on AIM and FAIM updates, as well as invitations from FAIM and AAAIM. Alumni engaged in lively discussions, sharing their experiences with AIM and personal stories, creating a warm and dynamic atmosphere.

In the elections, Pi Chuan Chen was re-elected as Chapter President, and Dr. George Huang (MBM 1994) was elected Vice President for the 2025-2026 term. Mr. Chen's re-election reflects the members' trust and confidence in his leadership, which has been pivotal in maintaining the chapter's active and dynamic engagement.

The three-hour meeting was marked by camaraderie, enthusiasm, and a renewed commitment to the chapter's initiatives.
