The Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) congratulates Jayrex Joseph Bustinera, MDM 2016 on his appointment as spokesperson of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP).
Bustinera is currently the chief of the BJMP’s Community Relations Service Office (CRSO) and concurrently the chief of staff of the Center for Jail Excellence & Strategy Management (CJESM).
His most recent assignment was warden of Marikina City Jail – Male Dormitory where he pioneered the “Barangayanihan Initiative,” a BJMP community-based aftercare program for persons deprived of liberty and their families.
