The Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM) congratulates Fr. Karel San Juan, MDM 1993 on his appointment as the President of Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU).
Fr. Karel San Juan, the current President of Ateneo de Zamboanga University (ADZU), has been appointed President of Ateneo de Davao University (ADDU).
He will take over the presidency of ADDU for a three-year term beginning September 14, 2023.
Fr. San Juan worked as an instructor and program officer for ADMU's advocacy and social development offices before becoming a consultant for strategic planning, development, and management, as well as organizational development, for several Philippine government organizations, including the Department of Environment and Natural Resources from 1993 to 1994, the Department of Trade and Industry in 1993, and the Department of Agrarian Reform from 1996 to 1997. In 1997, he also taught management courses at the AIM.
