AAAIM Membership Gathering

We would like to express our deepest appreciation to our alumni who attended our Membership Gathering, Briefing on Amendments of the Bylaws, etc. on April 24, 2021.

The meeting aims to explain the amendments to the AAAIM Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. The major amendments were made for the following purposes:

1. To conform to the Revised Corporation Code 2. To qualify for BIR tax exemption 3. To increase the number of Trustees from fourteen (14) to twenty-five (25) 4. To introduce the rotational selection framework in the nomination to the Board of Trustees (earlier approved at Feb 20, 2019, Annual Meeting)

Pursuant to Article VIII (Amendment) Section I of the AAAIM Bylaws, the Board is now informing the membership of the Association and is also endeavoring to obtain approval of these amendments by the members during our Annual General Membership Meeting of May 22, 2021.
