To join, please REGISTER HERE . Please get ready with a copy of your deposit/transfer/Gcash slip, which you will need to upload to the system to complete your registration. Once your registration has been approved, you will receive a QR code that will serve as your entry pass for the homecoming night.
Please be advised that the deadline for the online pre-registration is on Friday, March 01, at 5:00pm. This is to give time to verify all registrations and payments. The registration link will be deactivated by 5:01pm until 5:00pm of March 2, Saturday. Registration will resume onsite at the Galio Events Hall starting at 5:01 pm on March 2, 2024.
RESERVE A TABLE for an unforgettable night at Php 30,000.00 inclusive of registration fee for 10 pax and 2 wines. The deadline for reservation is on February 23, 2024.
To secure your table reservation, an advance payment is required. To reserve a table, please follow these simple steps:
1. Send an email to AAAIM Secretariat at aaaim@aim.edu to express your interest in the reservation.
2. Provide the names of the 10 persons attending the event. Everyone is required to register online and follow the registration process.
3. Send a copy of the proof of payment to the AAAIM Secretariat at aaaim@aim.edu.
For those members who will occupy a reserved table but have already paid individually, the batch can only pay Php 25,000.00 for the reserved table.
