AAAIM Engages Forever Chairs and Triple A Awardees on Alumni Initiatives

The Alumni Association of the Asian Institute of Management, Inc. (AAAIM) held a special meeting last January 20, 2026, at the AIM Conference Center with its Forever AAAIM Chairs and Triple A Awardees, gathering some of the most respected leaders of the AIM alumni community. The meeting aimed to provide updates on AAAIM’s initiatives and seek the support of alumni leaders for the association’s ongoing programs.



AAAIM Chair Boy Tiukinhoy (MBM 1976) opened the discussion by sharing updates on AAAIM’s current projects and initiatives, highlighting the critical role of alumni leaders in sustaining the association’s mission.



AAAIM Trustee Yoling Sevilla (ME 2006) introduced the Circle of 5,000 Project, an initiative aimed at building a fund to support future generations of AIM alumni, student programs, and community development projects.


2025 Triple Awardee and Circle of 5000 Committee Chairman Eugene Acevedo (MBM 1987) emphasized the significance of the project and shared, "This is a contribution to future AIM alumni who can have careers as successful as ours. Not just the alumni alone, not just the school alone, but also the communities we hope to impact. I said yes because it’s a worthwhile project. I said yes because, despite challenges, the legacy of AIM will remain in our hearts as long as one of us continues living."



Former chairs and Triple Awardees also shared their insights and expressed full support for AAAIM’s programs, reinforcing the spirit of collaboration and commitment to a lasting AIM legacy.
