Ms. Debbie Namalata brings over 40 years of corporate experience, including 33 years in managerial and executive roles across accounting, finance, audit, human resources, business development, sales, and general management.

A CPA and BS Business Administration graduate, major in Accounting, from UP Visayas, Debbie is also an alumna of the Asian Institute of Management, where she earned her Master in Management with Distinction. She has further expanded her expertise through programs at Columbia Business School, the Institute of Corporate Directors, and the National University of Singapore.

Known for her curiosity, adaptability, resilience, and commitment to lifelong learning, Debbie has built a diverse career spanning shipping, retail, and food and beverage manufacturing. She is also a published author.

Today, she works as a consultant for companies engaged in biodegradable waste management and biofertilizer, food manufacturing, and capital raising. She is a GICD member and an active member of the BDI Committee of the Institute of Corporate Directors. With her breadth of experience, continuous pursuit of learning, and passion for creating value, Debbie continues to contribute meaningfully to the business community and the AIM Alumni community.

MR. RENNY YEO AH KIANG, MM 1981

Mr. Renny Yeo is a distinguished alumnus of the Asian Institute of Management (Master in Management) and a Triple A Awardee. He is a seasoned corporate leader and industry veteran with nearly 40 years of regional executive experience. Before his retirement in 2010, he served as CEO and Executive Chairman of nine companies in the electrical cable manufacturing and distribution industry.

Under his leadership, a small Singapore-based operation established in 1983 grew into a leading regional enterprise with nearly 1,000 employees across Asia. He successfully drove business expansion, strategic acquisitions, new market entry, and greenfield investments across numerous countries, achieving significant growth through internally generated resources.

With extensive experience across Asia, Australia, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East, Mr. Yeo is recognized for his strategic vision, corporate transformation, international business development, and strong corporate governance. His distinguished career and contributions to business and public service exemplify the leadership, excellence, and global impact of AIM alumni.

This milestone highlights the vital role of the alumni community as key stakeholders and opens new opportunities for meaningful participation in shaping AIM’s future.
