"To LEAD is not exactly an easy task to do, especially if one is surrounded by people with diverse ideas. One can only INSPIRE if the leader is able to allow ideas, creativity, and innovation in its strategies and operations. We should encourage the unique amalgamation of the different inputs from the membership. TRANSFORMATION happens when each member is able to continuously grow and contribute to the success of the association."
