The Alumni Association of AIM, Inc. (AAAIM), through its Membership Committee organized the 2nd AAAIM General Assembly via Zoom on May 22, 2021.
The meeting began with an opening prayer led by Immediate Past Chair, Ms. Corazon Jimenez, MDM 2002 and welcoming remarks from AAAIM Vice Chair, Mr. Michael Sherwin Macatangay, EMBA 2006. AAAIM Corporate Secretary Segismundo Exaltacion Jr, EMBA 2012 then determines the quorum and discusses board resolutions approved by the Board of Directors.
Mr. Roberto Manabat, MBM 1974, AAAIM Chairman, provided an update on the AAAIM's accomplishments and projects this year. Mr. Greg Atienza, Chairman of the Membership Committee, explained the major changes to the AAAIM Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation. During the annual meeting, the majority of members approved and ratified the amendments.
