To maintain connections among alumni, AIM offers a free Email Forwarding for Life (EFL) address that will serve as a pointer to your home or office email address, whichever you designate as the location where you want your email to be forwarded. No matter how many times you relocate or change email accounts, you can always be reached at the same address: the AIM EFL address. Aside from identifying users as members of the AIM alumni community, AIM EFL may be updated at any time by editing your email address in the AIM alumni website from any browser.

Your EFL will also serve as your Username, along with your Password, when you log-in the portal. You will receive an email from the AIM Alumni Officer as soon as your registration has been accepted.

To activate your EFL as an email address, simply add @aimalumni.org to your EFL (i.e. jdelacruz.mba2006@aimalumni.org).

AIM alumni can avail of their AIM Email Forwarding for Life when they register.

Update Online

Alumni who have been provided their AIM EFLs can update their contact information online as soon as their account is activated. Simply log-in and click on UPDATE ALUMNI PROFILE.

Username/Email Address

Your EFL will serve as your unique username when you log-in the alumni portal along with your password. To activate your EFL as a forwarding address, simply attach @aimalumni.org to your EFL (i.e. jdelacruz.mba2007@aimalumni.org) and your message will be forwarded to the current email you entered upon registration.
