In recognition of alumni giving, the AIM Leadership Award was established in March 2006, given to alumni donors during the Annual Alumni Homecoming Week. Categories of giving include the following:
 
For donations of more than PhP 1,000,000 – Blue Leadership Award
For donations between PhP 500,000 – PhP 1,000,000   Green Leadership Award
For donations between PhP 250,000 – PhP 499,999   Yellow Leadership Award
For donations between PhP 100,000 – PhP 249,999   Orange Leadership Award
For donations between PhP 50,000 – PhP 99,999   Red Leadership Award

In 1998, the AIM Alumni Association (AAAIM) and AIM formally partnered to form the AIM Tigers Circle as a vehicle for alumni support to the continuing development and growth of AIM. Eventually, this vehicle became the AIM Paw Fund* and was launched in March 7, 2003 In March 3, 2006, the AIM Paw Fund was re-launched as the Alumni Leadership Fund. Since 2006, there have been 15 alumni individuals/classes and groups who have supported the Alumni Paw Fund* and the Alumni Leadership Fund.
