The Asian Institute of Management values the privacy of all its alumni.

The use of all AIM Alumni Portal data is limited to members of the AIM community which includes the faculty, staff, and alumni and is only intended for their personal reference and networking. The AIM graduate is provided the right to choose whether or not he wishes his data to be viewed by the AIM network in the REGISTRATION PAGE.

The Online Database (ALUMNI SEARCH) is provided with the understanding that the information will not be used for any philanthropic or commercial purposes not connected or approved by AIM. When using this service, the alumni agree that the information will not be used for business solicitation purposes, spamming, or other commercial intentions.

AIM will respond to any complaints by taking appropriate actions and will result in the immediate deactivation of the offender’s alumni portal account and EFL, as well as the termination of all privileges granted by the AIM Alumni Network.
