How can I get a copy of my transcript, diploma or certificate of attendance?
Student Services, Admissions and Registrar (SSAR) will attend to your request for transcripts and diplomas (for MBM/MBA, MM, EMBA and ME graduates). Please allow 3-5 working days to obtain your request after sending an email to aimalumni@aim.edu. You may also go to this link to request for your transcripts and diplomas online: http://www.aimalumni.org/transcript_request.aspx.

For certificates of attendance for non-degree courses, please send your request to the Alumni Relations Office to contact EXCELL or CDM for your request. For more information on fees, please go to the Transcript Request link in this website, under Alumni Services.
 
How can I update my personal and professional information?
If you already have an EFL, simply log-in and click on UPDATE ALUMNI PROFILE at the top of your personal home page. To register for an EFL, click on REGISTER at
www.aimalumni.org. Or you may simply send an email to aimalumni@aim.edu to inform the Alumni Relations Office of your new contact details. You can also fill-up the attached PDF file and fax to (632-8937410).

How can I avail of class directories and contact information of alumni?
Simply send an email to
aimalumni@aim.edu and request for your latest class directory. The Alumni Relations Office (ARO) will send you the directory in excel file. For lists of fellow alumni, please note that ARO can provide you a list subject to terms of use in the Non-Disclosure Agreement which will be provided to you upon your email request.
 
You can also search for your classmates online by using the ALUMNI SEARCH tool, a searchable database in the alumni portal. Contact details of alumni who have agreed to make their profile viewable in the registration page may be searched. To use this facility, go to the Alumni Search link under Networking.
